Loughborough Swimming presents a Coaches Workshop at Loughborough University pool, Loughborough University on Saturday 24th April 2010, 10:15-4:15 pm.

The workshop will cover:

Shoulder & Spinal Stabilisation (Carl Butler Lead Physiotherapist British Swimming)

From Age Group to Best in the World(Liam Tancock World Champion & World Record Holder. Ben Titley, British Swimming ITC Head Coach)

Pool: About Individual Medley (Ian Armiger, Director of Swimming Loughborough University. Joe Roebuck, British & Commonwealth Record Holder

Nutrition for Training & Competition (Professor Clyde Williams, Emeritus Professor of Sports Science Loughborough University)

Developing Psychosocial Skills in Youth Swimmers (Dr. Chris Harwood, Senior Lecturer Loughborough University)


The cost of the workshop will be £65
