Congratulations to double Olympian Melanie Marshall who has this week accepted the City of Derby Head Coach Role. Mel will lead the City of Derby while finishing off her degree in Sports & Exercise Science. This is an exciting opportunity for both Mel and the City of Derby Swimming club. During her time at loughborough Mel has been a major player at National and International level; at the 2006 Commonwealth games she was Englands most decorated female athlete six medals. She will be missed by all at Loughborough Swimming but wish her well in her future career.
