Ross Davenport has been recognised at the Derbyshire Sports Awards. Ross who competed at the Beijing Olympics as part of the Great Britain team was announced as runner up to Loughborough graduate and fellow Olympian Donna Kellogg in the Derbyshire Sportsperson of the year category.
