After a weekend of racing Ben Titley took his group from the Loughborough ITC to Florida for a three week training camp as part of their preparations for the up coming World Trials. The camp is based at Pine Crest school, Fort Lauderdale. A venue that Ben has used a few times in the last few years. The swimmers will return in time for the BUCS LC Championships. This meet will complete their racing schedule prior to the trials in Sheffield from the 16th-20th March.
