Congratulations to friend of Loughborough Swimming, Wendy Coles, who today won the Sunday Times Unsung Hero award. Wendy, British Swimming's anti doping compliance officer, who has unselflessly devoted a lifetime to the sport of swimming collected her award at Lords Cricket Ground in London.
Double Olympic Gold medallist and World Record holder, Rebecca Adlington, won the award for Olympian of the Year at the same ceremony.
