On the last day of the Celtic Tri Nations in Swansea, Melanie Nocher finished off a great three days swimming by surpassing her own national 200m backstroke record set at the Beijing Olympics with a new record time and winning time of 2:12.14. Joe Canlan Shaw kept his medal winning form through to the final day with a bronze in the men's 200m backstroke. Tom Laxton just missed out on a medal by 0.05 coming 4th in the men's 100m fly in a new personal best time of 56.09. |
