Many of our swimmers regularly take the opportunity to return to swim for their home clubs each year in their respective County Championships.
This year has been no exception with many posting FAST times leading into the trials next week.
The many medallists include: Adam Freundlich (Kent) 100/200 breast & 100 IM, Chris Bayliss (Shropshire)100/200 breast, 200 fly & 200 IM, Jessica Ford (Essex) 100 fly, Joe Canlan-Shaw (Oxfordshire) 100 back, 100 fly, Craig Gibbons (Oxfordshire) 50 free & 50 back, Rachel Bowen (Sussex) 50 Fly, Patrick Meggitt (Herefordshire) 1500 free, Emma White (Warwickshire, pictured above) 200 breast, Alec Wann (Northumberland& Durham) 100 back, Emma Gardner (Gloucestershire) 100 breast.
