Once again Loughborough ruled the pool at World Trials in Sheffield winning four of the five titles up for grabs and setting a host of records and lifetime bests.
Joanne Jackson fresh from her World record breaking swim in the 400m freestyle set a blistering pace in the final of the women's 200m freestyle to set a new British and Commonwealth record of 1:56.47.
