Melanie Nocher, (Ireland) was in action last weekend (20th-22nd March) at the Swedish Grand Prix in Stockholm. Melanie chose this event as her qualification meet for the World Championships in Rome later in the summer. At the meet Mel won the 200m backstroke in a time of 2:14.98 achieving her respective qualification standard for Rome. She also placed third in the 100m backstroke.
