Fifteen Loughborough swimmers will head for Rome this summer to compete in the World Championships. Following outstanding performances by Loughborough swimmers at the Scottish Nationals in Glasgow, the final selection meet, four more were added to the team. Olympic medallists Joanne Jackson and David Davies plus World Champion Liam Tancock will lead the 13 strong Loughborough contingent on the Great Britain Team. Making their debut appearance at a major Championships are Loughborough swim stars Grant Turner and Robert Bale (pictured) both putting in exceptional swims in Glasgow to make the team.
