In the second night of finals at ponds Forge, Sheffield, Ben Hockin turned in a impressive performance to win the men's 100m free. Ben controlled the race throughout holding off three swimmers from Holland and Charles Turner(Loughborough graduate, now swimming with Ealing); Ben finished in a very swift time of 49.66.
Rachel in her second backstroke event in two days produced another impressive performance to take second place behind ex World 200m backstroke champion Katy Sexton(Portsmouth). Lefley swam a near lifetime best time of 1:02.83 to take second place.
