This morning in Rome Joe Roebuck went under the two minute barrier for the 200IM to record a new personal best time of 1:59.65 which places him 15th into tonight's semi final.
Tonight in Rome you will be able to follow Joanne Jackson's progress in the final of the 200m free. She will be up against Frederica Pelligrini who smashed the World record last night. David Davies will also be in action in the 800m free final. He goes into the final as a very good medal prospect after his new British record in the heats.
At Ponds forge, Sheffield follow the progress of Rachel Lefley(100m back), Ben Hockin(100 free) & Tom Laxton(50m fly) who will all be in action from 7pm onwards.
