What a year we've had!

Loughborough Swimming has enjoyed it's most successful year to date. Each year we wonder how we are going to improve on the previous year but time and time again we seem to rack it up one more notch.

The results at International level speak for themselves but we are a TEAM with every single swimmer being important to the programme. Our PB strike rate for the year has been outstanding and many of the swimmers who walked through the doors of our pool last year have made some amazing improvements. We understand what's required to move from age group swimming to senior swimming and on countless occasions have resurrected the careers of swimmers who might not have improved for a number of years.

The positive atmosphere of Loughborough Swimming, coupled with the attention to detail and the varied approach to training makes our programme highly effective........it might be a little different but works. The key is for swimmers to "buy in" to our philosophy, believe in it and enjoy the experience. Enjoy the process and the outcome (results) will automatically follow.
