Loughborough Swimming would like to congratulate the coaching staff and athletes from Loughborough Athletics who have competed so well at the World Athletics Championships held in Berlin, Germany over the past eight days.
To cap off many superb performances Lisa Dobriskey produced a commanding run in the women's 1500m to secure a Silver medal. There were also other notable performances from Martin Rooney in the men's 4 x 400m relay, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey in the men's 4 x 100 relay and Kate Dennison in the women's Pole vault.
