A group of 28 swimmers and two coaches yesterday landed in Lignano, Italy, for a pre season camp. The camp is based at the Ge. Tur- Viale Centrale sports facility in Lignano, Italy.
The swimmers enjoyed their first day,arriving on Wednesday afternoon and loosening in the pool after a long trip. The second day started on the beach with a gym session under bright blue skies,with some of the swimmers making use of the warm Mediterranean sea to cool down after. This was followed by a swim session in the indoor 8 lane 50m pool.
