A small team of new students to the Loughborough Swimming programme travelled to the University of Nottingham on Sunday 6th December to compete in the northern qualification round of the BUCS league.
Rosie Hood, Amy Swallow, Jodie Le Resche, Chloe Hart, Enrique Oxley, Matthew Nicholson, Alex Wooldridge, Felix Carritt Kurtzon, James Gibson, Louisa Farrer Fisher, Adam Strawford, Hannah Daley & Oliver Prentice all acquitted themselves admirably qualifying the team for the BUCS finals in Sheffield in March 2010.
Out of twenty four individual and team relay events, Loughborough swimmers posted thirteen 1st place finishes and not finishing outside the top four in the rest.
