After yesterday's sixth place finish in the men's 200m IM, Joe Roebuck took to the pool again this morning in his favourite event the 400m IM.
He safely progressed through to this afternoon's final in a time of 4:04.91.
Keep an eye on all of the results from this afternoon and the many more swims from Loughborough swimmers in the next couple of days.
