Daniel Fogg (pictured) and Sophie Casson swam to podium places in a gruelling 10km race in South Africa.

Daniel Fogg swam a superbly paced race to take Gold in an action packed race. Swimming with the pack over the first 3km before breaking away from the field to lead for the remaining 7km.

Sophie Casson, delighted with her silver medal and gaining experience with every outing, led for most of the race before being overtaken in the closing stages by Olympic medallist Cassie Patton.
