Kim Bell continued her run of fine form by swimming to lifetime bests and a silver medal at the City of Sheffield No Frills Meet. A Loughborough newcomer, Kim swam a well paced race to take silver in the 16yr+ 400m freestyle with a lifetime best performance of 4:30.07; this followed her other lifetime best of 2:09.57 in the 200m freestyle (9th) Kim also paced her way to 9:17.42 in the 800m freestyle to record the 2nd fastest time in her history.
