Since becoming part of Loughborough University Swimming Tilly Gray and Kate Hutchinson have made such significant improvements they have now received international recognition.

Tilly joined our programme in September 2009 and at the Youth Championships that year swam 1:03.44 100m fly and 2:17.66 200m fly. At this year's ASA Summer Naitonals Tilly swam 1:01.52 in the 100m fly and race to a 2:13.65 200m fly to take bronze. These performances have now gained Tilly a place on the Welsh Senior International Squad.

Kate Hutchinson joined us in September 2008 with lifetime best performances of 2:35.32 200m breast, 2:20.72 200m IM & 4:55.64 400m IM. This year she has put in outstanding swims of 2:30.49 200m breast, 2:15.33 200m IM & 4:47.10 400m IM and has been selected to represent England at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

There are many many examples of swimmers responding to the professional and vibrant programme we have in place.
